The "brasil-esthetic.fr" website, also accessible via the domain names "brasil-esthetic.com" and "brasilesthetic.com", specializes in catalog sales and offers items intended primarily for individuals. We deliver on the territory of Metropolitan France and Monaco, the overseas departments, all the countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

Withdrawal

Payment terms
The price is payable when ordering. All payments are made in euros. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the secure system of the WIXS platform and its partner Stripe, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can take it knowledge during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will be debited from 12 to 24 hours after the order of the amount of the products and their transport, authorizing Brasil Esthetic to proceed with the shipment of the products. At the request of the buyer, he will be sent a paper invoice.

Delivery times are exclusive of order processing times, 2 to 3 working days depending on product availability.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of Brasil Esthetic.
In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
In the event of a return of the package for an incorrect or insufficiently precise address, the costs related to the reshipment of the package will be borne by the customer.

Responsibility
